The Alamanda residence offers a peaceful retreat with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower — the perfect setting to unwind and soak up the Caribbean atmosphere.
This fully renovated ground-floor apartment (renovation completed in June 2023) opens onto a private terrace with views of the pool — and depending on the season, a glimpse of the sea — creating a relaxing and picturesque backdrop for your stay.
Inside, enjoy a stylish and contemporary design, complete with a smart TV offering international channels (US, FR, etc.), free Wi-Fi, and modern amenities for total comfort: air conditioning, king-size bed, private bathroom, beach towels, a spacious closet and dressing area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, and a safe.

Orient Beach is amazing and the village is perfect. We would highly recommend this rental. We had an amazing week and hope to go back soon to this location and unit.

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

My husband and I loved it!! Such a tranquil and beautifully designed space. Walkable and very good restaurants close by. Thomas essentially thought of everything you would need for a beach vacation. The area is also not too loud so if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and recharge, this is the place for you! Thank you for everything Thomas, we hope to return! 😌

If you're arriving via Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), the drive to the residence takes about 40 minutes.
For your grocery needs, a large “Super U” supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away in Hope Estate, offering a wide range of French products. For American goods, head to “Carrefour Market” in Cole Bay, a bigger store with more international selection.

❌ No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed based on the date the cancellation request is received.
Payment conditions
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), full payment is required.
